ABOUT ME
My name is Fran and I have proudly worked as a personal trainer for the last 13 years. Tired of struggling with injuries and chronic pain, my passion for strength training developed while studying to become a professional dancer. What started as a personal interest and an attempt to solve my own problems quickly turned into my dream career, and I have spent the last decade dedicating my time to growing and evolving as a trainer.
My relationship with movement and exercise has had a profound impact on my life. I used to be the young adult who punished herself with extreme workouts and obscenely strict diets because she hated her body. I suffered from life-threatening eating disorders, and continuously fell victim to debilitating mental health issues. Fast-forward 15 years, and exercise is now the tool I reach for on a daily basis to keep myself healthy in my mind, my body and my spirit.
I personally believe that exercise helps us be a “better” version of ourselves and I am deeply passionate about helping my clients improve their quality of life through exercise.
